By accepting these terms, I authorize WLCC Lending D/B/A EnableLoans and its agents to contact me at the telephone number I have provided to WLCC Lending D/B/A EnableLoans, by using prerecorded voice messages, text messages, and/or automated dialing systems in order to provide me with information about my loan, marketing information, as well as other savings and promotional information that might interest me. I understand my authorization to receive text messages is not a requirement to receive services from WLCC Lending D/B/A EnableLoans or its agents. By voluntarily opting-in, I consent to WLCC Lending D/B/A EnableLoans’ use of my personal information to provide services I have requested, including services that display customized content and advertising. I understand that message frequency may vary. I understand that my service provider’s standard messaging and data rates may apply to messages received from WLCC Lending D/B/A EnableLoans and I agree that I will be responsible for any such charges. I understand that to opt out of receiving any such messages, all I need to do is send a reply text message with the word “STOP” to any received text message from WLCC Lending D/B/A EnableLoans.

Credit Authorization Policy:
Typically EnableLoans reviews your information in real-time to determine whether your information meets our lending criteria. You acknowledge that by completing and submitting the website application that you are applying for a loan. We verify applicant information through national databases including, but not limited to, Experian, Equifax, and Trans Union, Clarity, DataX, and Factor Trust and we may pull your credit in order to determine your eligibility and ability to repay.

High-Cost Disclosure:
Loans arranged by EnableLoans have a high APR and should not be used as a long-term financial solution. Customers with credit difficulties should seek credit counseling.
^Applications are subject to verification criteria and not all applications are approved.
*Loan Disbursement: For loans funded via debit card, funds are sent to the bank account linked to your debit card immediately after your loan is approved and you accept our offer. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If we’re unable to validate your card, or you do not opt into this service, funds will be sent via ACH deposit. Loans approved before 11:30am on a business day will typically be funded on the same day, otherwise funds will be deposited by the next business day. All funding cut-off times are subject to change. The date and time funds are made available to you by your bank are subject to your bank’s policies.
